What the month is
Personalized strategy under principal oversight. Interns research and draft. The principal owns the relationship and the final review. There is no free consultation before payment and no open question line after it.

Seat
A paid retainer takes one of 15 active seats. Cancellation releases it. If the count is already 15, payment through a stale link is recorded for review and does not create a sixteenth active student. Queue is a status, not a reservation.
Hourly sessions and the $1,250 one-time pack use this same close. They are on the ledger. Neither is a discount on the course, and neither adds a numbered seat.
